It doesn’t matter whether you are looking for a stretch of sand that is right in the heart of the Caribbean or whether you want a luxury island that is in the middle of the Indian Ocean because here are some of the finest beaches in the world.
Puerto Rico- Blue Beach
This beach has a long and thin stretch of white sand. The clear waters alone make it one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean. Getting to the beach is all part of the adventure as well. You can only access it if you park in one of the 21 turn-offs. When you arrive, you will soon find that you can go snorkelling or even that you can team up with a guide. When you do, you can then access some of the underwater spots.
Saint Martin- Cupecoy Beach
This beach is actually located on the south-west part of Saint Martin. When you get there, you will find three very luxurious beaches that are all surrounded by limestone cliffs. When you go during the evening you may be tempted by some of the luxurious beach bars. If you wait until after sunset however, you will be able to take in all of the stunning views and this alone makes it one of the finest islands in the world. If you want to make the most out of your vacation then why not stay in some of the villas in Saint Martin? When you do you may find that you end up being close to just about everything.
Seagrass Bay- Fiji
This is a near 8-mile paradise. It’s absolutely covered in tropical jungle that you can explore if you go with a guide. You can also go on horseback if you want. The best thing about this island is that it is home to some of the rarest birds in the world. If you are an avid bird watcher, then this will provide you with hours of entertainment. Seagrass Bay is one of the quietest beaches around and there are plenty of dining opportunities for you to enjoy as well. You should take note that this is rather an expensive place for you to visit, so take that into account when planning your vacation.
Bathsheba Beach- Barbados
If you want to go somewhere that is rugged, wild and untouched then this is certainly the location for you. Photographers and surfers often go here as it’s one of the best places for you to get photos. The waves are also very popular with surfing experts because although they do provide a challenge, they are also super fun as well. If you have never even thought about going to this location before then it’s best to go during the peak season. Sure, it will be more expensive when you do but when the time comes for you to pay a visit, you will soon see that the waters are warm and that the island is full of wildlife.
Sunset Beach- Hawaii
One of the best places for you to visit would be the Sunset Beach in Hawaii. The water here is as calm as a lake and this means that it is absolutely perfect for those who like to snorkel. When you have done all the paddling you can handle and when you’re done for the day, make sure that you don’t head back to your hotel. Instead, hang around and watch the sunset. It’s the real deal and it’s an incredible sight to say the least.
Banana Beach- Thailand
Banana Beach is known for having a backdrop of green jungle. It overlooks crystal clear water and it’s also got a marine preservation area too. The banana boat rides are very popular, not to mention that you can also go snorkelling, kayaking or even parasailing. One of the restaurants there is made entirely out of bamboo and there isn’t much of an infrastructure either. This ultimately means that it is one of the less crowded places, so make sure that you book this destination if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
So, there really are plenty of places for you to visit if you are looking for an island vacation, and if you follow the above suggestions, then you will soon find that it’s easier than ever for you to have the time of your life. If you want to get the cheapest deal then it’s a good idea for you to book in advance.
